Characteristics:
This machining center has been specifically designed for cutting and milling bonnet elements, guaranteeing fast and precise setting thanks to the 9 numerically controlled axes. The machine frame is composed of a 4,200 mm structural beam made of robust, high-thickness electrowelded tubular steel to obtain great rigidity and stability.

No. 2 shoulders to support the cutting units, one fixed on the right side and one adjustable, which moves along the entire structure via linear guides. The pneumatic stop of the moving head is possible thanks to a manual socket release button.
N. 2 cutting and milling units with horizontal movement on linear guides and recirculating ball slide, moved by Brushless motors. The electrical system is created on a metal cabinet containing the PLC for control movement.
