Both units equipped with. • 1st Head: Steel contact roll, 40 HP motor ea. head; 2nd Head: Rubber covered contact roll, 85 Duro, 30 HP motor ea. head. • 3rd & 4th Heads: Rubber covered contact rolls, 60 Duro 3rd head and 40 Duro 4th head, 25 HP motors all 4-heads, 53" x 103" abrasive belts with electronic belt tracking and air tensioning, all heads with air blast belt cleaners. • Variable feed speed with indicator, infeed & outfeed holddowns on all heads, bottom head with vacuum bed assembly with 12 HP motor and suction fan, top head with vacuum bed assembly with 10 HP motor and suction fan. • Complete with: Load meters, emergency stop systems for abrasive belt breakage, low belt tension and open access doors, Top head with constant pass line height of conveyor bed assembly, bottom head with infeed conveyor extension and control console. – [Ref.
