• Equipped with: 1 HP Oil circulation pump & a 1.5 HP hydraulic system for up to 900 PSI line pressure; 3" dia. x 4" stroke cylinders control roll pressure.  

• System requires: 60 KVA Electrical power supply and 100 PSI compressed air.  

• Complete with: Solid-State temperature, high limit & cool down controls; manual emergency stop system on all (4) columns to stop the drive & raise the rolls; optical emergency stop at the machine infeed, outfeed conveyor and infeed fence.  

• Includes: 360° Swivel Jib Crane for loading and unloading of paper rolls, COLUMBUS McKINNON model "F" 1/2 ton & electric hoist included; hoist operating speed of 16 FPM.  

• (2) Aluminum pneumatic core lug shafts manufactured by EMT INTERNATIONAL, Green Bay, Wisconsin; shafts eliminate the manual locking and greatly speed up roll re-loading (value of new shafts in 2007 ...$ 3,465). -  [Ref. LA-010992]
