Technical description:

The machine serves upholstered foam cutting (PU) from the blocks of any thickness. The processed material (foam block) lies on passing tables where it is protected against moving by means of side T-squares. Working movement is done by the passing tables, the cutting system is permanent.

The cutting system consists of four wheels lead by the cutting band,  one of which is propelled by a band gear. The cutting band speed is permanent. The cutting band is tightened by a hydraulic tightener and additionally lead on leading rolls. Upper roll is regulated automatically.

The measurements of the bandsaw are 8450x15x0,45 (mm) twisted by 180°. This twist is responsible for machine's ability to do a two-sided cut, which eliminates idle move, which increases  cut efficiency.

A bandsaw  sharpener is installed in the main body of the machine. Sharpening is a very important element of work as the sharpening effects are visible in the material cutting.
