• NC Controlled Tenoner, 98 in. motorized programmable opening with LED readout, 8-5/8 in. min. opening, 48 in. extended infeed prior to upper holddowns, 7-7/8 in. max. panel overhang with panel support rollers on left-hand side, 3-1/2 in. max. programmable motorized panel thickness with LED readout, 37-3/8 in. passline height, left side fixed, 3-post machine.  

• Each side equipped with (5) stations. - 1st Station: Jump score head, 3 HP - 7,200 RPM HF motor,  piggyback mounted to hogging head motor; 2nd Station: Trim/hog head with 15 deg. tilt at 2-3/8 in. panel overhang, 10 HP - 7,200 RPM HF motor.  

• 3rd & 4th Stations: Jump universal heads with 90 deg. tilt with electro-pneumatic control, 6.5 HP - 7,200 RPM HF motor with frequency inverter.  

• 5th Station: Universal (tilting) head, 6.5 HP - 7,200 RPM HF motor with frequency inverter.  

• All important head adjustments with: Mechanical digital readouts, all heads with 60 mm long arbors unless noted, all motors with frequency inverters and reversible arbor rotation (score & trim arbors not reversible).
